Stephe Wilks, Non-executive Chairman

Stephe is an active Non-Executive Director having previously delivered positive commercial outcomes in a range of public and private companies at a senior (CEO/COO) executive level. 

Stephe has both Science and Law degrees from Macquarie University, a Master of Laws from Sydney University and is currently a Non-Executive Director of Longreach group (ASX:LRG), Service Stream Limited (ASX:SSM), People Telecom Limited (ASX:PEO), and Tel.Pacific Limited (ASX:TPC).

 
Peter Jermyn, Non-executive Director
Peter has over thirty years of involvement in the public company arena and brings to the Company an extensive knowledge of the legal, financial and corporate sectors. Peter has served on the Boards of many successful corporations listed on stock exchanges in Australia, Canada, the US and the UK. 
Until recently Peter was Chairman of listed online advertising, search engine and Internet services company Ansearch Limited (ANH) and has previously held directorships in numerous ASX listed entities. Peter is currently Chairman of Astro Diamond Mines NL.
 
Greg Thomson, Non-executive Director
Greg has over 20 years of experience at various General Management roles in the Australian Information and Technology industry as well as the telecommunications market. Greg brings a hands on approach and the ability for practical and cut through ideas that lead to positive business outcomes.
Until recently Greg was the Commercial Director at Macquarie Telecom, an Australian publicly listed business. Prior to this role Greg lead the successful turn around of the Hosting and security business at Macquarie Telecom.
Greg is also a Director of the Childrens Food Education, a not for profit organisation looking improving children’s health via food education.
